Rack & Run Supply Co. is a billiards-inspired apparel brand built for league players, tournament grinders, bar-table legends, and anyone who loves the game. The brand started after I made my husband a custom pool team shirt because I couldn't find anything decent online that he'd actually wear.

Turns out his whole team wanted one too.

So here we are.

I am what the billiards world would call "pool adjacent."

My husband plays league pool. I've spent enough nights around pool halls, tournaments, and league nights to know:

• everyone has cue opinions
• nobody agrees on rules
• people absolutely take this game personally
• and somehow every match was "supposed to be practice"

Yes. All designs are created specifically for Rack & Run Supply Co. Some are funny, some are edgy, some are league-inspired, and some exist purely because somebody at a pool hall said something ridiculous and my brain wouldn't let it go.

We use soft, retail-style shirts that are designed to actually be wearable, not stiff cardboard-feeling promo tees you only wear once because someone guilted you into buying it. Most unisex shirts are Canvas 3001C Unisex Jersey Short-Sleeve T-Shirt, whereas the Women's shirts are Bella 6004 Ladies' The Favorite T-Shirt. These shirts are higher quality, with a nicer feel. Our Shirt selection has varied occasionally; you can find the specific type of shirt and size chart in the product description.

Our apparel is made using direct-to-film (DTF) printing through a print-on-demand process. Translation: your item is made after you order it, which helps us avoid waste and lets us keep creating new designs without filling a garage with inventory.

Absolutely. Some of my favorite designs started as random thoughts, inside jokes, league banter, or someone saying something unhinged at a pool hall.

I can't promise every idea will become a design, but I genuinely love hearing what people want to see in the billiards world because honestly, that's how this whole thing started in the first place. I will do my best to make your vision come to life.

Most apparel is available from XSmall through 5XL in the unisex shirt, and S - 2XL in the women's cut, though sizing can vary a little depending on the specific shirt style and manufacturer. If you would like a different size or product, submit a custom request form and I will see if there is a product I have access to that meets your needs and get the design placed on that. And hey, then it will be available to everyone else too!

Basically: I try very hard to make sure actual human beings can wear the shirts and not just mannequins built like Olympic swimmers.

Yes! Most designs are available in both unisex and women's styles.

Because apparently women who play pool or support pool players also enjoy shirts that fit like actual clothing instead of a cardboard rectangle.

Because items are printed after ordering, processing usually takes a few business days before shipping. Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks depending on location and shipping carrier behavior.

Which, as we all know, is occasionally a complete mystery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email automatically.

Then you can begin the sacred online shopping ritual of checking the tracking page seventeen times even though you know it hasn't moved in the last eight minutes.

If there's a problem with your order, reach out and we'll make it right whenever possible. Since products are made to order, we generally can't accept random "I changed my mind" returns, but damaged or incorrect items are absolutely something we want to fix.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or looking like it lost a fight with the shipping process, contact us and we'll work on making it right.

Please include photos if possible so I can see what happened and work with the print vendor appropriately.

Because items are made to order, production can start pretty quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to catch it before production starts.

No promises though. Sometimes the print machines move faster than my caffeine intake.

Ah yes. The robot articles.

Those exist because I learned SEO matters if you want Google to acknowledge your existence as a small business. An AI program generates some billiards-related content automatically to help the website show up in search engines.

Are they real articles? Technically yes.

Did I personally write them? Absolutely not.

Would I cite them in an academic paper? Dear God, no.

The actual blog posts written by me are the ones full of sarcasm, heat press trauma, startup chaos, and questionable sleep schedules.

Not really.

The honest answer is that in order to constantly run giant "EVERYTHING 50% OFF" sales like big brands do, I'd first have to mark everything up high enough to fake-discount it later.

I intentionally keep prices as affordable as I can from the start because I'd rather people actually be able to buy and enjoy the shirts than play pricing mind games.

So while there may occasionally be special promotions or holiday deals, the regular pricing is already designed to stay reasonable.

I use multiple vendors depending on the product type, print style, and what works best for each item. Sometimes that means products ship separately, which can create multiple shipping charges at checkout.

Trust me, I hate paying shipping too.

I try to absorb as many costs as possible without raising product prices across the board, because keeping the overall prices lower is more important to me than pretending "free shipping" exists when it's really just hidden in the product cost somewhere else.

The best way is to join the email list or follow along on social media.

That's where I post:

• new collections
• behind-the-scenes chaos
• questionable business decisions
• and occasional evidence that I should probably sleep more

Not yet, but it's something I'd love to add as the business grows.

Right now I'm still in the "figuring out how many apps Shopify can handle before I accidentally break something" stage of business ownership.

But rewarding repeat customers is absolutely on the future wishlist.

I wish this answer were more exciting.

Right now, this business is still in the startup phase, which mostly means I reinvest what comes in while trying to figure out how many tabs one human being can realistically have open at the same time.

But once the business becomes profitable, the goal is simple: destroy my student loan balance one billiards shirt at a time.

After that?

Honestly, at the current rate of tuition costs, we may all find out together sometime around the year 2087.
